A showcase of some of our gorgeous weddings at Once Upon A Time Weddings venue.

Our day started out drying off the church pews and covering them with tarps.  It was raining.  After the clouds cleared, we had a perfect day that ended like this...

What a magical day.  I do believe everything was near perfect.  From the weather to sweet families to the K9 flower girl.

We had painted wedding themed rocks hidden all over the property.  Our K9 flower girl wore a white tutu and pranced up the isle just like a movie star and the girls flowers were wood and burlap.  All of these details just added to the perfect day.

It was perhaps the first "fall" feeling day of the year.  Perfect weather for an outdoor wedding.  Click on the pic below for more!

Unicorn Day March 26, 2017

The weather man was toying with us the whole week before.  Even the night before I woke up to rain.... but I decided to just go with the flow, and it all worked out.  It usually does.  We started the day off early decorating and preparing snacks for the little ones.  I absolutely could not pull this off without the help of my devoted family and friends.

All of these images take a good bit of editing.  I have to remove the lead rope, and Trey, who is handling Woody, although Woody is near perfect anyway.  But some do take more editing than others.

All in all, the day went perfectly, and I can't wait until our next opportunity to do this!

Unicorn Day {TAKE 2}

So day one was a success, and we moved on to day two.  Day two was just as wonderful and another day filled with lots of little ones excited to meet our unicorns.  (Although a few busted us when they said "Hey!  His horn is on a string!"   (Click on the right side of below pics for more.)

It was a cold start to the day, but we made the most with a small fire for smores.  That proved to be a bribe for some of the little ones to push through for just a few more photos.  I think it paid off ;)

Unicorn Day Fall 2016

Unicorn Day looks like it is becoming a tradition.  We love it, the kiddos love it, the parents love it.  Win-win-win!  This was our third Unicorn Day I think.  It was cold, and there was a chance of rain.  Even though we have not had rain in over 2 months, I was really sweating out the weather.  We decided to chance it, and I'm so glad we did.  The day was pretty perfect.  Enjoy the photos!  (Click on the right side of the below photo for more.)

Our good friends Trey & Lena (also known as out unicorn owners spend the whole day with us. We all put in a lot work to make this day magical for the little ones.  A lot, a lot.  We absolutely couldn't do this if we didn't love it.  But it shows in their faces I think.  (Click on the right side of the below photo for more.)
